Zero Tolerance

Rude and aggressive patients: We do not tolerate patients being rude or aggressive to any member of staff. If a patient is constantly rude, the Practice Manager will be informed and a letter will be sent giving a warning to the patient, if the patient continues to be rude and aggressive they will be removed from our Practice and asked to find an alternative GP.
